RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’d like to return an item please email us within 7 days of the delivery of your item. Otherwise you will no longer be allowed to do any returns outside the time frame.

 

In the events of returning an item, you will receive store credit ONLY if the item is returned in a good, like new condition. If the item returned is damaged, dirty etc. you will NOT receive store credit. We will send back the same item you had initially purchased. Store credit is received after we have received and inspected the item and it meets our expectations. 

*Exchanges will ONLY be allowed if there was an issue with your order…wrong size, wrong color, etc. Other reasons will not be valid unless approved by a customer service representative. You must email our customer service team within 7 days upon delivery to have the problem acknowledged and fixed

ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS*

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO COVER ANY SHIPPING FEES WHEN SENDING AN ITEM BACK TO OUR RETURN ADDRESS.
